- Phase 1:   
A consultative meeting for CSOs was held and came up with a draft approach for community control and accountability, the start of a field survey, and questionnaires to identify the performance of the executive offices in Taiz (Communications, Electricity, Water, Hygiene Fund, Immigration and Passport Authority, Traffic police, Social Affairs and Labour, Finance, Taxes).         

- Phase 2:   
 Analyzing the data and information obtained from these authorities and check thei transparency and neutrality.
                     

- Phase 3:   
Joint meetings were held between the leaders of the service entities targeted by the project with the local authority leadership, representatives of the Community Control Teams of TYF and CSOs. The teams reported on the performance of these entities, the results of monitoring and the proposed recommendations. They also followed up implementing the recommendations and launched an awareness campaign on transparency and anti-corruption
