In partnership with the World Food Program, Tamdeen Youth launches a new cycle of food distribution for 21658 families in Taiz

In the framework of GFD, Tamdeen Youth Foundation, in partnership with World Food Program (WFP), launched distribution of 2052 tons of food: sugar, flour, cooking oil and pulses in Jabel Habashi and Al-misrakh districts, Taiz governorate for 21,658 households and an average of 129948 beneficiaries. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Musallami, director of the foundation’s office,  confirmed that people in the targeted districts are  in  difficult living circumstances  and that the distribution of food contributes to improving their living conditions and alleviating the poverty of them. Moreover,  he pointed out that Tamdeen Youth distributed during the period April – December 2018 an estimated 15,201 tons of food in the districts targeted by the project in Taiz governorate during nine consecutive sessions and he thanked the World Food Program for its continuous support to the affected and poor families.
