Today, a memorandum of understanding was signed in Sana’a between Tamdeen Youth Foundation TYF represented by its Executive Director Dr. Tammam Al Hetari, and the Ministry of Fisheries represented by the Minister Mohammed Al-Zubairy.

The memorandum included a partnership in evaluating the needs of the fish sector and mobilizing resources to rehabilitate infrastructure and improve the livelihoods of fishermen and coastal communities.

After the signing, the Minister of Fisheries confirmed the provision of all facilities for the foundation and for joint work to overcome the challenges in the fish sector that limited its production and its contribution to the national economy, especially in the field of training, rehabilitation, study of fish stocks, and rehabilitation and reconstruction of fish facilities.
