Tamdeen Youth Foundation’s rapid response team was able to assist newly displaced families in 17 districts in Ibb and Al Dhalea cities
Through its RRM project and in partnership with UNFPA, Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) was able to provide life-saving assistance to 3,000 and 512 displaced families in 14 districts of Ibb city ( Al Dihar – An Nadirah – Hubaysh – Ibb – Al Makhadir – Al Mashannah – Jiblah – Al Udayn – As Sayyani – Ba’adan – Dhi As Sufal – Hazm Al Udayn – Mudhaykhirah – As Sabrah). This took place from May 2019 to Thursday, October 10th. It was also able to provide immediate assistance to 213 displaced families from conflict areas in Al Dhalea city to the districts of (Al Hasha, Qa’atabah, and Damt) from August 2019 to Thursday, October 10th. This assistance provided the basic needs of these displaced families and helped them preserve their dignity and enhanced their ability to withstand and integrate into the host communities.
