Dr. Ali Al Buraihi, a member of TYF's Board of Trustees, together with Dr. Tammam Al Hitari, Programs Manager, Mr. Nashwan Al Qubati, Director of the Economic Empowerment Program, Ms. Bushra Abdullah, MEAL Officer, and Nadin Abdulqader, Public Relations Offeicer, held two separate meetings with the Director General of the Public Telecommunications Corporation in Aden, Eng. Abdul Basit Al Faqih, and the Director General of the Tourism Office in Aden Mr./Jaafar Abu Bakr Jaafar.

The meetings addressed the urgent need for a partnership framework between CSOs and government actors, mutual responsibility in the economic recovery process, and TYF's vision of phase priorities through an initiative it is preparing to achieve coordination and integration among development partners.

TYF's team agreed with their officials to activate communication to identify points of convergence synergies, and potential weaknesses in terms of participation, so that they can be addressed in a meaningful way, develop practical programs that enable the restoration of basic services, improve local resources, stimulate livelihoods and lay the foundations for a sustainable partnership.
