Today in Aden, Mr. Hussien Al Suhaily, Chairman of Tamdee Youth Foundation, met with the Deputy Executive Director of the Field Medical Foundation, Mr. Mazen Fadhl, and discussed with him promoting the strategic partnership between the two parties to support economic recovery efforts, enhance the efficiency of humanitarian response, advocate for the issues of civil society organizations and enhance their presence in the humanitarian system.

The two Foundations agreed to prepare a joint action program and turn it into short-, medium- and long-term projects and activities.

Al Suhaily and Fadhl stressed the keenness of TYF and FMF in contributing to economic recovery, development and reconstruction.

They call for a constructive partnership between CSOs, the government and the private sector to assess the impact of humanitarian assistance, clarify the development gap in various sectors, direct efforts towards meeting the real needs of the population, and invest in domestic resources for stability and overall development.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Nashwan Al Qubati, TYF's Economic Empowerment Program Manager, Dr. Nadine Abdulkader, TYF's Liaison Officer, and Ms. Bushra Abdullah, TYF's MEAL Officer.
