During his Sunday visit to Tamdeen Youth Foundation and his meeting with TYF's Chairman Mr. Hussein Al Suhaily, and its staff in its Head Office, Aden, Eng. Mohammed Bakhabira, Director-General of the Water and Sanitation Local Coropration in Aden, emphasized the need to coordinate the action of local and international organizations with government ministries and local institutions in order to identify needs and priorities for intervention.

He expressed his pleasure with the visit and his interest in partnering with TYF in planning and coordination to implement projects that contribute to providing water to citizens and supporting the infrastructure of the Corporation.

He also reviewed the difficulties faced by the Corporation at the level of water fields, electrical grid, water transmission lines, fuel crisis, and the hoped-for role of organizations to contribute to overcoming them.

In turn, the Chairman of TYF emphasized the work to assess the needs of the Water Corporation, the impact of the projects implemented over the past years, the preparation of proposals for priority projects, the contribution to mobilizing funding to alleviate the suffering of the population from the water crisis, and the support for the Corporation to raise the level of its service delivery.
