Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) celebrated its twelfth anniversary. On this occasion, Dr. Ali Al-Barrihi, member of the Board of Trustees, delivered a speech in which he said: "On this day, as we celebrate twelve years since the founding of Tamdeen Youth Foundation, we stand at a crossroads for evaluation between the pride of the past and the aspirations of the future. Throughout this journey, we have faced many challenges, which only increased our strength and resilience, and prompted us to develop our working mechanisms and adapt them to changing circumstances."

Al-Barrihi added: "We realize that sustainability is not just a slogan, but a methodology of work that requires planning to enable the foundation to adopt the latest practices in strengthening institutional building, and ensuring the continuity of our positive impact and effectiveness in confronting challenges."

Executive Director: Dr. Jamal Seif Emphasizes Leadership and Innovation

For his part, Dr. Jamal Seif, the Executive Director of the Foundation, affirmed Tamdeen Youth Foundation's commitment to continuing its leading role in serving local communities. Pointing out that the foundation operates according to a strategic vision based on transparency, innovation, and sustainability, he said: "This occasion is not just a celebration of the passage of time. It is an important milestone to evaluate what we have achieved and renew our commitment to continuing our journey."

Seif added: "The past years have proven that our success depends on our ability to be flexible in a highly complex environment. Woman's Word in the Foundation: Ms. Na'im Shaif Al-Khulaidi

In the woman's word in the Foundation, Ms. Na'im Shaif Al-Khulaidi said: "This occasion represents an opportunity to celebrate the role of women within the institution and in society in general. Tamdeen Youth Foundation has been keen since its establishment to be a supportive environment for women, a place that gives women space for participation, leadership, and making change."
