With utmost pride and appreciation, I write these words about Tamdeen Youth Foundation, this giant humanitarian and development edifice that I had the opportunity to be a part of over the past years. Tamdeen Youth Foundation was not just a workplace; it was a true school in the field of humanitarian and development work. We learned the true meaning of giving and working for humanity, without discrimination or bias.
For twelve years, Tamdeen Youth Foundation has written a distinguished success story in serving war-affected communities, through implementing a large number of development projects in vital sectors such as health, education, and infrastructure. These efforts did not come out of nowhere; rather, they were the result of a clear strategic vision and sincere efforts from wise leadership and a team that believed in its mission, who worked together with honesty and dedication in the darkest and most complex circumstances.
What distinguishes Tamdeen Youth Foundation is its ability to maintain complete neutrality amidst conflicts and to focus on serving humanity first and foremost. This has earned it wide community acceptance and opened doors for its work in various governorates, both in the North and the South, making it a model for professional humanitarian work devoid of agendas.
On this twelfth anniversary of the Foundation's establishment, I can only extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone who contributed to the journey of this edifice, especially its founder, Mr. Hussein Al-Suheili, and to all the competencies that participated in building this success.
