Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) and Pure Hands Named Finalists in the 2026 Global Innovation Challenge

We are proud to announce that Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) and Pure Hands have been selected as finalists in the Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) Innovation Challenge 2026 and are now featured in the GRP Innovation Pipeline—a global portfolio of promising resilience innovations advancing climate adaptation and sustainable development.

This recognition places our joint initiative among a distinguished group of innovations from 44 countries, highlighting the power of locally led solutions to address some of the world's most pressing climate and humanitarian challenges.

Our initiative leverages artificial intelligence, satellite imagery, climate forecasting, and community-based early warning systems to anticipate droughts and floods before they become disasters. By transforming risk information into anticipatory action, we aim to protect lives, strengthen livelihoods, and build climate resilience in vulnerable communities across Yemen.

This achievement reflects the dedication of our teams, volunteers, partners, and the communities we proudly serve. It also reinforces our shared belief that innovation is most impactful when it is locally driven, evidence-based, and designed to create lasting resilience.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Global Resilience Partnership for this recognition and for fostering a global community of innovators committed to building a more resilient future.
