A Memorandum of Understanding between Tamdeen Youth Foundation TYF and the Skills Development Fund of Aden to enroll unemployed youth in vocational and technical institutes

Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Skills Development Fund to enroll unemployed youth in vocational and technical institutes and enable them to acquire skills and careers in the short course system.After the signing, the head of the Foundation, Hussein Al- Suhaily, explained that extending young people have an integrated project to contribute to addressing an important aspect of the disastrous consequences of the war, which aims at rehabilitating unemployed youth who have been deprived of university education and joining vocational and technical institutes and enabling them to work in the fields of (carpentry, mechanics, electricity, plumbing, construction, and flagstones) in conjunction with the implementation of special training programs for girls, adapted to their needs and enabled them to work and small income-generating projects. He indicated that the first stage of the project will be implemented in 6 cities, while the second stage will include all Yemen cities. On his part, the Executive Director of the Skills Development Fund Dr. Abdullah Daghem confirmed that all facilities are provided to Tamdeen Youth Foundation so that it can implement its sustainable humanitarian project in helping unemployed youth and provide them with life skills to benefit themselves
