Project Summary:

The project increases access to the workplace Learning/Apprenticeship Program to promote and facilitate meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities, update a methodology to train craftsmen on learning methodologies, CBT and assessment, and occupational health and safety, and link targeted beneficiaries to employment opportunities in collaboration with the private sector.

Project Outcomes:

- Increase the capacity of 140 craftsmen to manage workplace-based learning and improve productivity.

- Qualify 280 (60% men / 40% women), have them participate in the vocational training program and support them for sustainable job opportunities.
