On the occasion of the International Peace Day on September 21, which the United Nations has designated for this year 2019 to “Climate Action for Peace”, it called for taking actions to address climate change. The Foundation confirms its support for international efforts to achieve sustainable development goals and to And combating climate change by further implementing its environmental conservation programs and projects, implementing awareness campaigns, promoting sustainable lifestyles and supporting renewable energy.

The International Peace Day coincides with the 74th session of the UN General Assembly held in New York. Tamdeen Youth Foundation reminds the world leaders of forgotten Yemen and the forgotten war, which left the misery of the twenty-first century. It calls on the conscience of the world to stop this war, to bring peace, to save civilians from death, deprivation and successive violations; and to help them restore their right to life in safety and to live in peace and dignity.
