To promote access to safe WASH ……Training 60 male and female volunteers in 3 districts in TaiZ

Tamdeen Youth Foundation is expanding its response to WASH in Yemen, with a focus on the areas most vulnerable to the spread of deadly diseases such as cholera, acute watery diarrhea and dengue fever.
Today, Saturday, the foundation launched a training session for 39 male and female volunteers in the field of community health, in Al Ma’afer in Taiz city, to work with the “project to meet basic needs and promote access to WASH (GACIII Y2)”. The project will be implemented by the foundation in partnership with Care International in Ash Shamayatayn, Al Ma’afer and Sama districts and that’s through sterilizing water resources , awareness-raising and education, motivating people to the right practices of safe water and hygiene, and implementing campaigns and activities with community participation.
On Sunday, a similar session for 21 male and female volunteers will start in Sama district
