Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) organized a training course on gender and food security. The course targets food distribution supervisors in Al Makhadir district in Ibb governorate. During the course, participants received a participatory educational program that enables them to deal with gender-based violence in emergency situations, and to protect the groups most at risk of such violence

With the support of the World Food Program (WFP), the Foundation distributes monthly food rations in Al Makhadir district for 9,000 and 655 families of the most vulnerable groups.
