Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) , in partnership with CARE International, launched the distribution of non-food items, basic health kits and chlorine tablets for displaced people in Taiz governorate today, Sunday. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Musallami, director of the foundation’s office said: “The project teams started the distribution in Al-Ma’afer district and they will also continue to include Al-Mawasit, Jabal Habashi and Samie districts, and the number of  beneficiaries will be 9420.” He added that this distribution comes within the framework of the Eco project implemented by the Foundation with CARE and includes a package of activities in the four districts that are targeted. In addition to ,the project activities will include IDPs and the host community by distributing non-food items (shelter), basic health kits, building volunteer teams capacities, and implementing community health and environmental awareness sessions.
