RRM project teams provide humanitarian aid packages for new displacements in central Yemen

Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) works closely with its partners in the United Nations to track new displacement from conflict in Central Yemen. The field teams of the foundation, working in the Rapid Response Project (RRM), provide life-saving assistance packages for displaced people along different routes to safety. During the past week, the project teams, supported by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the World Food Program (WFP), and UNICEF, have been able to provide humanitarian and food assistance and dignity bags to 109 newly displaced families in the districts of ( Al Dhihar, Al Makhadir, Al Mashannah and Ba’adan) in Ibb governorate. In addition to the districts of (Joban, Al Hasha, Qa’atabah and Damt) in Al Dhalea governorate, so that the total families that the project has met their emergency needs since May 2019 in the two governorates are 5000 and 656 displaced families.
