Today, under the slogan of “WORK & HOPE“, Tamdeen Youth Foundation celebrated its eighth anniversary. The celebration took place at TYF’s Main Office in Sana’a and at its branch offices in Taiz, Aden and Ibb Governorates. It brought together all the staff and volunteers of Tamdeen through a virtual meeting between the main office and the rest of the offices all the offices. TYF’s Chairman, Hussein Al-Suhaily, delivered a speech to the foundation staff on this occasion, it says;

Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon our master Mohammed and his good and pure family and companions.

Greetings to those who keeps Tamdeen at the top and give hope to people’s hearts. Greetings to the ambassadors of humanity who spread smiles on the lips of our mothers and sisters, to those who endure the suffering of travel to recover the lost laughter and joy of the children. A great tribute to Tamdeen’s team in the field, and like it to those who create opportunities and plan projects that serve the mission of this foundation. A greeting full of hope and optimism for all.

Today, we are celebrating not only the eighth anniversary of Tamdeen founding; but also its new birth, which has resulted from your efforts and achievements, with the remarkable success by launching as a leading foundation in the field of humanitarian action into a leading foundation for the localization of this work. We celebrate a humanitarian and development foundation that contributes to peace-building efforts

Tamdeen is the mother of all beneficiaries, regardless of their gender, nationality, color, geography or belief. TYF will continue to look for the beneficiaries and knock their doors considering that what it provides is the first of its duties, and that what the beneficiary receives is one of his first rights because there's no preference for anyone in the service of human. This is the value of Tamdeen for eight years, and it will remain as long as the foundation remains.

Noble ideas are born of great ends. The value of Tamdeen is in those who carry its mission and who are most responsible. Today's celebration is the fruit of your devotion and humanity. And with every success or prosperity of Tamdeen, we will be faced with a great test and a greater challenge, but there will be no obstacle to us.

In conclusion, I hope that this occasion, which is dear to all of us, will constitute a new opportunity to promote and consolidate our humanitarian efforts in our daily practices in order to support development and motivate peace. The civil peace to which we aspire requires generosity in humanitarian action and faith in the civilized mission of Tamdeen, a mission that we will preserve with our eyes.
