Aden:Helding the Second Job Fair
With funding from the USAID, and in partnership with Pragma and Tamdeen Youth Foundation, and as part of the International Youth Day events, tomorrow (Thursday), the second job fair was held in Aden.
After the welcoming speech, statements were made by representatives of the government, the private sector and civil society, and the audience as well. All the statements in their entirety, including Dr. Mervat Al-Ghalabi's, a representative of TYF, have brought together the importance of the role of youth, and how it is hoped that the labor force will contribute effectively to reviving the deterioration in the Yemeni economy, and the extent to which companies and employers need the energies of youth
700 young men and women were offered to the job fair, while interviews were stopped on 180 who had all the required conditions, so that they would be differentiated and the privileged chosen.
