With the international trainer and expert Essam Al Hammadi, and with the participation of all administrative levels in the Foundation, Tamdeen Youth Foundation launched today the strategic planning workshops for institutional transformation towards overall quality in order to build a robust, integrated and systematic strategic plan that invests all material and human resources, and moves towards the future to achieve TYF's vision and mission as well as sustainable competitive advantage.

The workshops come after understanding the need for a strategic plan that achieves the development of the Foundation and elevates the working system to overall quality in accordance with international standards.

The workshops also include the analysis of internal, external and public environments to identify and formulate strategic directions, general, subsidiary and operational objectives, and the optimal investment of resources and opportunities.

Dr. Tammam Al Hetari, TYF's Director of Program Development and Quality, explained that TYF's future vision requires strategic planning and work to improve performance levels, measure indicators for their results, develop management practices, digitization and governance systems, and compliance and risk management, to maintain excellence in the competitive environment, and access to total quality in institutional performance.
