Under the auspices of the Ministry of Local Administration, and within the activities of "Strengthening Institutional and Economic Resilience in Yemen Project #SIERY", funded by the European Union in Yemen with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Yemen), Tamdeen Youth Foundation  TYF organized today, Thursday, a coordination meeting with the local authority and relevant bodies in #Ibb Governorate to implement a package of interventions for "Supporting Local Authorities to Respond to Community Needs through Local Resilience and Recovery Funds".

Participants discussed integration and cooperation in the implementation of a package of projects focusing on vital sectors in water, health, education, development and the environment, in order to improve people's livelihoods and create conditions for sustainable economic recovery in local communities. 

The package of interventions includes (water projects, paving roads, supply and installation of dialysis units and their health kits for Yarim General Hospital, and rehabilitation of schools in Al Dhihar, Al Mashannah, Jiblah, Dhi Al Suffal, and Yarim districts in Ibb Governorate).
