Tamdeen Youth Foundation Participates in COSP10 in Atlanta
Tamdeen Youth Foundation, represented by Dr. Ibrahim Al Musalami, Director of Taiz Region, participates in the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (COSP10) in Atlanta. The conference brings together world leaders, representatives of the 190 States parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), international organizations, civil society, youth and the private sector, to discuss best practices and develop new anti-corruption strategies.
Today, Al Musalami will participate in the Fourth Anti-Corruption Academic Symposium in Atlanta, held by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The Symposium will provide a space for dialogue between members of academia, young scholars, and anti-corruption experts. Tomorrow, he will participate in the Civil Society Anti-Corruption Forum, and in a young changemakers event as a distinctive pre-conference events.
Al Musalami spoke about Tamdeen Youth Foundation's work, and the importance of involving youth in anti-corruption efforts and providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to become leaders in their communities.
