Tamdeen Youth Foundation Hands Over Assets to Establish 250 Small Businesses in Lawdar, Abyan
Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) handed over 250 young men and women in Lawdar District, Abyan Governorate, the assets needed to establish their small businesses. This comes after they have completed a training program on vocational, commercial and business skills, which will contribute to enabling them to support themselves and their families and create new job opportunities in the community.
This activity is part of: "Supporting Resilient Livelihoods, Food Security, and Climate Adaptation in Yemen, Joint Programme, #ERRYJP3, implemented by Tamdeen Youth in Lawdar and Ahwar Districts, Abyan Governorate, and in Al Ma'afer District, Taiz Governorate, with funding from the European Union and the Government of Sweden, and in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The projects financed through Al Qasemi Islamic Microfinance Bank, the implementing financial partner, include:

Eng. Mutlaq Gharsan, Project Officer, stressed the commitment of Tamdeen Youth Foundation to provide quality programs that contribute to empowering youth and integrating them into the development process, believing in the importance of their role in building a better future.
