Project Summary:
Through the cash-for-work program, the project maintains three community assets and supports livelihoods for the most vulnerable families through the Vocational Training and Microfinance Program.
Overall Objective:
.Improving the livelihoods of the most vulnerable families and rehabilitating food security assets and infrastructure to enhance their resilience to future crises
Project Outputs:
- Maintaining three community assets in the targeted areas in Maqbanah district, Taiz.
- Distributing cash assistance to 400 beneficiaries/participants in the cash-for-work program for three monthly distribution cycles.
- 200 beneficiaries receive vocational training and improve access to income sources.
- 175 beneficiaries receive a one-time small grant ($300 per beneficiary) to finance their small projects.
